Ristorante Rinuccini wins Best Customer Service in Ireland at #FoodOscars

Due to increased success, currently hiring two new full-time positions

Kilkenny’s Ristorante Rinuccini has been awarded Best Customer Service in Leinster and Ireland at the recent 2015 Irish Restaurant Awards. Owned by the Cavaliere family, this prestigious award coincides with Rinuccini celebrating 25 years and its status as Kilkenny’s longest established restaurant. Rinuccini is the only South East restaurant to have been awarded at national level.

Having cultivated a loyal clientele and excellent relationships with both local and Italian suppliers, the restaurant has grown from an initial team of eight to now 25. Expanding in 2005, the restaurant now seats 100, and due to increased success is currently recruiting two new full-time, permanent positions for an experienced waiter and Chef de Partie.

Head Chef/Owner Antonio Cavaliere of Ristorante Rinuccini, is joined by his wife Marion, who works front of house, his son Riccardo who manages the business, and Riccardo’s wife Orla.

Speaking on the restaurant’s Best Customer Service Award in Ireland, Riccardo Cavaliere said “We are absolutely thrilled to receive this award. Some of our team are with us since the beginning 25 years ago and this award is a testament to their hard work and dedication in providing the very best customer service. Given the high standards of customer service in Ireland’s restaurant industry, we, as a family business, are particularly proud to receive this award and bring it home to Kilkenny.”

With menus specially created by Head Chef/Owner Antonio Cavaliere, Rinuccini marries local artisan produce with the very best Italian olive oils, charcuterie and cheese which they handpick and import from Antonio’s home region of Lazio in Italy.

The restaurant is also renowned for its exclusive Italian wines, with the Cavaliere family visiting the very best Italian vineyards to choose their offer. Showcasing its wines, Rinuccini houses a custom-made wine cellar which diners can visit to choose their favourites.
